Phone screen
A brief, upfront call to confirm role basics, logistics, and mutual fit before moving forward. We'll get to know your background and experience at a high level, see how it matches the open role, and talk through what you're looking for next and how the recruiting process will run.
How you can shine

Review the job description before the call — it tells you a lot about what the interview will cover. Read it closely and line up examples of times you've handled the responsibilities listed. That familiarity makes all the difference.

Meet the team
Conversations with the hiring manager and members of your potential team — both leaders and individual contributors. These interviews go deeper into your skills and experience, what drives you, and how you'd acclimate to the team. For technical roles, you may be asked to complete a whiteboard design and coding exercise.
How you can shine

Bring one recent project or case study relevant to the role. Explain the challenge, your specific contribution, the actions you took, and the measurable business impact — plus the trade-offs you faced and what you'd improve next time.
Have one crisp line on why LTX caught your eye, and one big-picture question you genuinely care about.
Talk through your thinking as you work the exercise. We're assessing how you problem-solve, not just whether you land the right answer.

Assignment
A real-world, time-boxed task that mirrors the job — and your ability to prioritize and deliver under a deadline. You'll showcase your skills in your own environment and get a taste of our day-to-day challenges. In some roles you'll present your solution in a separate follow-up; in others, that discussion folds into the next team session.
How you can shine

Treat it like production work: state your assumptions, document your choices, and add one "next step" you'd tackle with more time.
If a submission format is requested, match our brand tone and visual style — connecting to Lightricks' design language is always a plus.

Follow-up interview
We walk through your solution, dig into the trade-offs, and resolve any open questions or red flags. This is also where leadership or cross-team partners meet you. If you completed a home assignment, it's your chance to speak to the work after submitting it — usually a mix of open conversation and a short presentation, with either the hiring manager or a panel.
How you can shine

Explain not just what you did, but why. Share one thing you'd iterate on if you joined tomorrow.
Come with 2–3 strategy-level questions that connect the role to LTX' business goals, and be ready to share how your skills could amplify the bigger picture. Use the session to hear leadership's vision — and show you're already thinking on that level.

HR / Culture chat
A candid conversation about values, growth paths, benefits, and any personal questions. It's your space to ask anything, and our chance to make sure the culture is a match. We'll focus on your aspirations, the environment you do your best work in, and how you operate as a professional.

Reflect on why LTX, and what success looks like for you six months in. Bring thoughtful questions about growth and work-life dynamics.

References
A final validation of your collaboration style and impact. What we learn here helps us tailor your onboarding as much as it confirms fit.
How you can shine

Prep references who can speak to your results and how you work with others. Give them a quick overview of the role so they can anchor their stories in relevant context and keep their feedback focused and authentic.
